Grades

Every story carries a reading level — pick the one that fits.

We use the Flesch–Kincaid Grade Level Formula to ascertain grade-level readability — it indicates how difficult a passage in English is to understand, presented as a US grade level. We believe this makes it easier for teachers, parents, librarians, and others to judge the readability of each item of content.
