The public sector company owns and operates the world&amp;rsquo;s oldest oil producing wells here and they&amp;rsquo;re helpless against the antics of wild elephants who love the swooshing sound of oil spurting in Digboi&amp;rsquo;s oil fields.&lt;/p&gt;
